Tanvi & Dennis | CT Wedding | Saint Clements Castle

There are wedding days that feel timeless from the very first moment, and Dennis and Tanvi’s elegant celebration at Saint Clements Castle was exactly that. Nestled high above the Connecticut River, the estate’s historic stone architecture, European-inspired gardens, and sweeping water views created the perfect backdrop for a day full of romance, grace, and heartfelt moments.

The morning unfolded inside the castle’s private bridal suite, where sunlight streamed through tall windows and filled the room with a warm, golden glow. Laughter drifted through the hallways as the bride and bridesmaids got ready. The groom and groomsmen got ready nearby at The Inn at Middletown.

The ceremony took place on the expansive lawn perched above the river; a setting that’s both majestic and intimate. Rows of white chairs lined the freshly manicured grass, leading to a floral “altar” that framed the river view.

As the processional began, all eyes turned as the bride and her father made their way down the pathway with the castle behind them. Tanvi’s beaded gown and veil shimmered in the sunlight.

After the ceremony, guests mingled in the courtyard while the couple wandered the property for portraits. Between ivy-covered stone walls, romantic archways, and the sunlit terraces, every corner of the castle offered a great backdrop for Dennis and Tanvi’s romantic wedding portraits.

The reception unfolded in the main ballroom, where tall windows, glowing chandeliers, and warm architectural details created a sophisticated atmosphere. Tables were draped in soft sage and white linens and accented with classic floral centerpieces that tied perfectly into the ceremony décor.

Guests enjoyed heartfelt toasts, a beautifully prepared dinner, and a lively dance floor that kept the celebration going. Tanvi and Dennis, we hope your special day was unforgettable. We are so glad to have been a part of it. Congratulations!
