Rose and Richard had an intimate and romantic wedding at The Capital Grille in Hartford with their family and closest friends. Before the ceremony, the chose to do couple photos at City Hall in Hartford. We love the architecture here and consider it one of the most gorgeous and iconic buildings in Connecticut! It definitely provided a beautiful backdrop!
