Jamie and Joe’s love story began online, while Joe was living in CT and Jamie lived in NY. They officially met at their first date, lunch outdoors at a cute little restaurant. Three hours later the pair knew there was something special between them.
Joe’s proposal took place at one of their favorite date locations, a beautiful restaurant on a golf course that overlooked the water. Jamie suspected something was amiss when Joe very abruptly said, "We'll take the check" at the end of their meal. He then led her by the water and got down on one knee.
The couple’s wedding was held at The Estate at Florentine Gardens. They knew it was the perfect venue from the minute they stepped foot inside. There was a classic, intimate charm that they felt was perfect for their special day.
Their wedding day fashion personified the elegance of the venue, with Joe wearing a timeless black tuxedo, and Jamie exuding quiet confidence in her stunning dress and Kate Spade shoes with gold glitter heels. Jamie and Joe were full of happiness and love as they exchanged their handwritten vows to one another during their ceremony.
The sun shone brightly through the beautiful glass doors as guests listened to the piano at cocktail hour, and there was no shortage of amazing food for everyone to enjoy throughout the reception.
